Temporary living is not just a box that you put things in, and call it a Corporate Apartment. It is an experience of all five senses. Whether you need a firm mattress, hypo-allergenic sheets, or a specific appliance to cook with, Peak Suites is not here to tell you how to live, but rather we are here to help make your living experience the most comfortable and positively memorable as possible.

Peak Suites is not a one size fits all solution. We take a customized approach, realizing that every Customer has their own story and their own needs. We listen, we evaluate, and we approach a solution that best fits the needs of each individual we work with. Our ongoing effort to strive to be better relies on Customer Feedback. Meet the Team

President and Founder, Mark Franklin, has over 25 years of Customer Service and Operations experience involved with Corporate Housing. In 2020 he decided to venture out on his own by launching Peak Suites. Opening in January of 2020 and surviving the climate for corporate travel and a global pandemic to build Peak Suites to the organization it is today is a testament to his understanding of the industry and his clients and guests. In his personal life, Mark has been married for 22 years and he and his wife and two children have lived in the same community since 2008. His son is currently attending Virginia Tech and his daughter attends a local high school. In his free time, Mark enjoys golf, hiking, and playing music.

Wendy started her sales career in corporate housing with Marriott Execustay in 2002. In 2008, she joined AFR Furniture Rental as an Account Executive servicing Philadelphia and New Jersey. She was promoted to Sales Manager in 2011. In 2018, she was promoted again to Regional Sales Manager overseeing New York to North Carolina. Wendy knows how important it is to provide exceptional service and product to her clients. She truly enjoys making sure they receive the best experience from start to finish. Ultimately, her passion, drive and determination are the driving force that allows for her success. Her favorite quote is “When you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life!” Wendy and her husband are busy raising two beautiful daughters. Their family is very active and highly involved in sports for both girls.

Wendy started her sales career in corporate housing with Marriott Execustay in 2002. In 2008, she joined AFR Furniture Rental as an Account Executive servicing Philadelphia and New Jersey. She was promoted to Sales Manager in 2011. In 2018, she was promoted again to Regional Sales Manager overseeing New York to North Carolina. Wendy knows how important it is to provide exceptional service and product to her clients. She truly enjoys making sure they receive the best experience from start to finish. Ultimately, her passion, drive and determination are the driving force that allows for her success. Her favorite quote is “When you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life!” Wendy and her husband are busy raising two beautiful daughters. Their family is very active and highly involved in sports for both girls.
Tricia is a dedicated professional with a strong background in Corporate Housing. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, Tricia has established herself as a trusted and reliable team member. Tricia's journey in Corporate Housing began at ALE Solutions in 2016. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to connect with clients have been instrumental in her success. Tricia believes in continuous learning and is always looking for ways to enhance her skills and knowledge. Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Together, they enjoy everything summer – going to the beach, swimming in the pool and boating. Tricia is committed to providing outstanding service and support, making sure every client has a positive experience with Peak Suites.

Tricia’s journey in Corporate Housing began at ALE Solutions in 2016. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to connect with clients have been instrumental in her success. Tricia believes in continuous learning and is always looking for ways to enhance her skills and knowledge. Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
